Basic PC Repair services includes our 26 point inspection:
  1. Visually inspect the PC case, inside and out!
  2. Check to ensure all PC fans are working properly.
  3. Check to ensure all internal wiring is connected correctly.
  4. Clean/dust inside of PC case as necessary.
  5. Check that all I/O cards and memory is properly installed.
  6. Check primary hard drive for disk errors.
  7. Repair disk errors where errors are fixable.
  8. Check for Operating System (OS) errors.
  9. Repair basic OS errors when necessary.
  10. Check for Spyware definitions and sofware updates.
  11. Check PC for spyware.
  12. Remove spyware when necessary.
  13. Check for Anti-Virus definitions and sofware updates.
  14. Install Anti-Virus updates when necessary.
  15. Check for Firewall software updates.
  16. Install Firewall software updates when necessary.
  17. Scan all drives for virus's.
  18. Remove all virus's when necessary.
  19. Check system for OS updates.
  20. Install OS updates when necessary.
  21. Check for other installed software updates.
  22. Recommend additional software updates that are available.
  23. Defragment hard drives.
  24. Re-check primary hard drive for disk errors.
  25. Repair disk errors when necessary.
